Five floors of administrative offices in a building where timber is central: solid wood structure, charred timber façade (Shou Sugi Ban), a direct relationship with the surrounding Alpine landscape. Grandi Design integrated ceiling lighting designed to respect and enhance the building's materiality. Artificial light complements — rather than competes with — daylight, aligned with Ekos' philosophy: sustainability as a design choice, not just a certificate.
