Experience consolidates with the founding of Grandi Design, today a company with over 20 patents and a point of reference in designing integrated systems for offices with high acoustic performance, simple installation and optimised long-term maintenance.
With increasingly complex projects and collaborations with major Italian architecture firms, Grandi develops a distinctive expertise in managing large construction sites: technical and scheduling coordination, integration between design and delivery.
Among the most significant developments, Square Modular is born: a modular, technologically integrated system that represents the maturation of this journey: simplification, optimisation, control.
The vision naturally extends to the scale of the building with the birth of Grandi Build. The expertise gained in controlling interior systems becomes the foundation for governing the entire structure. Dry steel construction and BIM design with 3D modelling make it possible to deliver buildings such as student housing, collective residences and large apartment complexes.
