In Milan, Crédit Agricole Assurances' new headquarters spans 5,600 m² for over 250 employees. The 1962 building was fully refurbished by Lombardini22 and achieved LEED Platinum through envelope, systems and indoor quality upgrades. Grandi Design contributed to the office fit-out with Square Modular partitions in a flexible open-plan layout for hybrid working: bookable desks, multifunctional spaces that reconfigure without losing coherence.
