Alperia's new headquarters in Merano, South Tyrol, is symbolic, innovative architecture in the electricity sector. With sustainable, creative design, the building centres on water as a key element. We delivered the office fit-out, integrating ceiling-integrated lighting for a comfortable, stimulating workplace. A large water surface covers underground parking, with two buildings above: Alperia's elliptical volume and the Edyna building. Both prioritise energy saving and technological optimisation; movable façade cladding on the water regulates solar gain for optimal thermal comfort indoors.
