Ruggero Grandi conceived the product Metafora in 2000, a continuous glass wall integrated with gypsum walls. Metafora distinguished itself from typical windows or forced methods of integrating glass walls with gypsum panels.
In 2005 we have Gemino, the first generation of integrated design seamlessly combining walls and ceilings. Gemino served as the predecessor to Square Modular. The latter represents an evolution from Gemino, not only in terms of new technological integrations but also optimizations, simplifications, and efficiencies that Gemino required at the time.
In 2017 Grandi Design introduced
the patented Square Modular,
a patented "necklace" of integrated
design, widely adopted these days by various
architecture firms who choose it
as the perfect tool to realize their projects.
